Bajo su fachada de hierro, se esconde la joven que huyó buscando libertad y terminó vendiendo su alma al diablo. Su única familia es la mafia: los únicos que la aceptan y la quieren de verdad. Protectora por naturaleza, acogió a Carlos como a un hermano y fue la única con la agudeza suficiente para no subestimar a Sara. Vive atrapada entre los muros del hotel, sin esperanzas de escapar.
