Sara es recepcionista del hotel Sextia uno el mejor hotel de lujo de la ciudad. Durante un turno nocturno, entrega por error la llave de la habitación 606, por no poder verificar la reserva por un fallo del ordenador. Al enfrentar al huésped para resolver el problema, se encuentra con un cadáver rodeado de sangre en la habitación. Huye e intenta pedir ayuda, pero el huésped la atrapa, la amenaza y la obliga a limpiar la escena.
Solo la suelta con la condición de que mantenga silencio o si no irá a por ella. A pesar de las amenazas, Sara decide investigar que esta pasando en el hotel, quién es ese hombre y por qué cometió el asesinato. Tendrá que adentrarse en el hotel hacia un mundo más turbio y terrorífico.
